Have you tried Fish Oil supplements? I have a cat that is allergic to EVERYTHING. And she has arthritis in her hips. I purchased a bottle of fish oil and it has lessened her allergic symptoms. It has also helped her arthritis in a huge way. She was feeling so great that she was running around our apt. like a kitten. I did check with our Vet before beginning this therapy.
